Meet our Leadership
Sarah Wilson, Executive Director
Sarah has a passion for utilizing her skills in leadership and administration to serve at-risk women and children, equipping women to break the cycle of poverty and dysfunction, and creating long term health and wellness for future generations. Sarah has 15 years’ experience working in non-profit and church administration; serving as Harvest Home’s Executive Director since 2013. Her educational background includes a B.S. in Social Work and an M.A. in Administration.
Anju Franklin, Director of Programs
Anju serves at Harvest Home because she is passionate about helping communities thrive and is driven to ensure social justice for women and children. She has previously with non-profits dedicated to maternal and infant health. Anju has an MA in Pan African Studies and is currently a candidate for an MA in Public Health at USC. Anju joined the Harvest Home team in 2018.
Beth Cosby, Director of Operations and Communications
Beth joined the Harvest Home team in 2018 with an excitement to serve women and families and to support Harvest Home's future growth. Prior to this, she was the founding executive director of Give Her Life, a nonprofit combatting international issues of violence against women. Through these experiences and her academic background in Sociology, she brings expertise in leadership, communications, and organizational operations.
